Our barrel-aged rendition of the esteemed Negroni is like a well-worn pair of cowboy boots: sturdy, aged to take the edge off, and smooth as all get out. This cocktail has spent six weeks in three-year-old rye whiskey barrels to balance some of those pricklier notes found in our very own Crimson Snap amaro. The resulting beverage delivers a touch of vanilla and a lusty mouth feel that rounds out this botanical beauty.
