Return + Refund Policy

At Straightaway, we take great pride in crafting astonishing cocktails and making sure your order arrives ready to raise a glass. Because our products contain alcohol, all orders outside of Oregon are processed and fulfilled by our licensed retail partner, Accelpay, in compliance with state and federal shipping laws.

 If something goes awry with your delivery/order, we’ll always work to make it right. 

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, the wrong item shows up, or it doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at hello@straightawaycocktails.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a quick note about what happened, and (if applicable) a photo of the issue. We’ll work with Accelpay and their retail network to resolve the issue quickly, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Quality Concerns

We go to great lengths to ensure our cocktails are of the highest quality. If you believe a product you received is not up to our usual standards, reach out to us at hello@straightawaycocktails.com and we’ll take care of it.

Delivery & Signing

Federal law requires verification that both the purchaser and the recipient are 21 years of age or older. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery.  Carriers cannot leave alcohol shipments unattended. After the final attempt, the shipment will be returned to sender.

Returns

Due to federal and state regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages. Please don’t send products back to us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, we’re unable to make changes.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
