The Clarified Blue Hawaiian was made in collaboration with one of the most celebrated bars in Portland, and a personal favorite of ours: Tulip Shop.
We reverse-engineered every component from their original recipe, including a bespoke version of Blue Curacao. We pair the Curacao with our custom rum blend, fresh pineapple, + lemon juice, and coconut milk to clarify through a milk washing process, transforming it into a silky and bright sipper. It's a cocktail best enjoyed while thinking of sandy beaches and palm trees.
