Constantino "Constante" Ribalaigua, crafted this take on the classic daiquiri at his renowned bar, El Floridita. Revered as the King of Cocktails, Constante was the preferred bartender for locals and expats alike in 1930's Havana. though he's since departed the physical realm, his presence oversees El Floridita's bartenders, ensuring the faithful rendition of his recipes. Our homage remains loyal to his legacy, blending rum, fresh lime and grapefruit juice, and Maraschino liqueur. 

Serving Ritual: Chill. Shake well, and serve straight up. Or blend with ice for the Constante touch!
